In compliance with the NSW Health Guidelines on Covid-19 prevention measures, members attending the AGM at the hall had to go through temperature checks on arrival and were required to sanitise their hands. Social distancing was also kept at all times during the meeting. Many members attended the meeting via ZOOM to show their enthusiastic support.

- Continued to promote the services of CASS through different social media platforms, including WeChat, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, etc. to promote the different services and to provide the community with up-to-date information on community services; continued to publish articles under the name of ‘Kending’ in the media.
- During the pandemic, successfully held a variety of information sessions, workshops and exhibitions for the community, with topics including health, personal and road safety, legal issues and welfare information, etc. Also provided free training to the public on how to use online software to enable them to participate in online activities and alleviate their sense of isolation and anxiety brought by the pandemic.
