We are extremely excited to announce that CASS Family Day Care has been rated MEETING the National Quality Standard under the National Quality Framework. The rating means our service meets the National Quality Standard and provides quality education and care in all SEVEN Key Quality Areas.

A celebration party was held on 18 April (Sun) to thank and congratulate the educators and staff members of CASS Family Day Care services for this inspiring achievement. Dr. Bo Zhou, Chairperson of CASS, Mr. Anthony Pang, Deputy Chairperson / Secretary pf CASS, and members of Board of Director of CASS, Ms. Tica Lee and Mr. Tao Bai attended the celebration.

Dr. Bo Zhou congratulated the accomplishment achieved from the joint effort by all the educators and staff members, encouraged them to keep up the good efforts. Mr Henry Pan OAM, Foundation Chairperson and Honorary Executive Director of CASS, said this recognition was definitely a remarkable milestone for CASS, which started from a child care service coordinating unit with only a part-time staff member, is now managing over 40 educators providing quality family day care services for the community.  He expressed his wholehearted thanks to all the team members for their diligence and dedication. It could not be achieved if everyone did not work together with 100% effort and determination. CASS hopes the family day care services can be extended to more children & families of multicultural backgrounds in the coming future.

Dorothy Hung, Senior Executive Officer of CASS Child Care services, appreciated the effort and contributions made by every educator and staff member for the benefit of children. She mentioned that ongoing training and support; effective communications among educators, CASS staff members and families on children’s learning & development; together with the enthusiasm and professionalism of our educators helped enhancing the service quality of CASS Family Day Care services constantly. Everyone enjoyed the party, had great fun singing and sharing.

And thank you to our supportive families and our wonderful children for your devoting support and contributions. That means so much to us.

This achievement doesn’t stop us from striving to do more; we are working hard to make continuous improvement in providing quality education and care to the community.
