At CASS, our Support At Home program is designed to help older people stay in their own homes by supporting their daily care needs. Our team of trained, passionate and dedicated staff members speak your language and understand your cultural needs – ensuring comfort, respect and dignity at every step.

SUPPORT AT HOME PROGRAM INCLUDE:
- 8 Ongoing Classifications
- 8 Ongoing Classifications based on your needs
- 3 Short-term Support Classifications:
- Assistive technology and home modifications
- Restorative Care Pathway (helping you regain independence after illness or hospital stay)
- End of Life Pathway (compassionate support for individuals and families during the final stages of life)

Participant contributions
may be required based on an assessment by Services Australia. We’ll discuss all the costs with you before services begins.

How to access the CASS
Support At Home Program
Call My Aged Care (MAC) 1800 200 422 to register and to receive assessment.
If you need an interpreter, call Translating and Interpreting Service 131 450 then ask them to call MAC.
You can nominate CASS as your “preferred provider” at the time of assessment. If necessary, CASS can assist you to apply, please contact us for more information.
