CASS has been serving people of all ages in the community since 1981 with a focus in the East Asian communities (Chinese, Korean, Indonesian and Vietnamese).

We offer a wide range of aged care services in Melbourne, focused on enhancing independence, dignity, and quality of life for older adults. Our personalised ‘Support At Home’ Services include support with personal care, meal preparation, domestic tasks, transport, and allied health — all tailored to individual needs and preferences.

Through our ‘Support At Home’ Program, we aim to help older people continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes by supporting their daily care needs.
Our team is made up of trained, passionate, and dedicated staff who speak your language and understand your cultural background, ensuring care is both respectful and relevant.

In addition, our Aging Enquiries Services provide one-on-one support to help individuals and families:

• Apply for government-subsidised services
• Prepare for assessments
• Connect with suitable providers
• Receive ongoing follow-up to ensure smooth service delivery

We also host regular information sessions on aged care services, health topics, and run a variety of community workshops throughout the year.
