The 16th Compassion Award Ceremony was held in Hong Kong on Sunday, 12 December. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the recording of the ceremony was conducted simultaneously at the main venue in Hong Kong and the two sub-venues in Beijing and Taipei.

There were eight recipients, Mr Henry Pan OAM, our Foundation Chairperson and Honorary Executive Director is the only award recipient from overseas (outside China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan). Dr Tony Goh, chairman of the Australian Council of Chinese Organisations and Dr Bo Zhou, Chairperson of CASS presented the Award to Henry on behalf of The Hong Kong Macau & Taiwan Charity Fund, the Award organiser.

The official ceremony will be broadcasted on Phoenix TV at 9:40pm on 25 December 2021, and 8pm on 26 December at Phoenix TV Hong Kong Channel.
